Abstract

After the researcher reviewed the modern scientific references and the information network that the methods of neuromuscular facilities contributed to developing performance and some physiological variables and trying to reach optimal performance in many sports in general, the researcher was called to do this research in the hope of reaching a scientific solution to this problem and to benefit Do this in education and training processes for crawling swimming.
The study aimed to identify the effect of exercises in some methods of neuromuscular facilities on some skillful variables in crawling swimming used in triathlon sport. The researcher used the experimental approach to design one group for the pre and post measurements to suit his nature of the research. In the records of the Egyptian Federation of Triathlons, they numbered (20) players, (6) players were randomly withdrawn to conduct the exploratory study and find scientific transactions, and (11) players to carry out the basic study. Provided results that training facilities neuromuscular program led to an improvement in the level of performance and some physiological variables for swimming crawling players triathlon.
