Conditions for publishing research in the scientific journal:

• The research should be innovative and not previously published.
• The research is presented first to the magazine's board of directors to take an opinion and verify the innovation of the research
• (Approve or disagree) to present it to the Editorial Board (Arbitrators).
• All scientific research submitted for publication in the journal is subject to international arbitration and shall not be published except after it has been approved for publication by 2 arbitrators, at a minimum.

Research evaluation according to the following criteria:

• Accept the research for publication without modification.
• Accept the research for publication after making the required changes.
• Refuse to search. 
• Researchers are notified of the journal’s editorial board’s decision or its refusal after the evaluation within a week of the date the research is submitted electronically.
• The researcher is given a period of one week to enter the required amendments and to re-send them electronically to the e-mail of the journal (ijssa.gezira @ yahoo.com) after the amendment + summary in Arabic and another in English.
• The publication of the research fees (shown in the evaluation and publication fees table in the magazine), which includes "the cost of arbitration and electronic processing", shall be paid to the financial officer of the accounting unit or sent with an expense transfer on the account of the Central Bank of Egypt with the account designated for that and its number 1/88407/450/09
• Prof. Dr. who granted the degree of a professorship for 5 years as a minimum - publishing in the magazine is entitled to one 

Journal publishing instructions and rules

• The researches should be submitted electronically with a message sent on the journal website containing: -
• The subject of the e-mail: it mentions the phrase (research to express opinion and evaluation)
• Name of the researcher triple
• The field of researcher's exact specialization
• The name of the college where he works
• The name of the university to which he belongs
• Mobile number to communicate.
• Attached to the letter, file No. 1 in the word (Word) format, the entire search from the first page to the last page for references only.
• Attached to the letter are file No. 2 in Word format, all attachments.
• The contents of the search and the attachments are written on one side and leave spaces of at least 3 cm on all sides using Microsoft Word)) and one and a half lines between the lines with the font type 14 Arial.
• After modifying the content of the research, it sends an electronic copy of the research, a summary in Arabic and a summary in English.

It takes into account the style of writing the research:

In writing the research, it is necessary to take the general form which passes through the following steps:

• Introduction (research problem and ends with goals).
• Research Procedures (Sample - Tools - Time and Geographic Field).
• Results from the research procedures - they contain statistical tables and graphs.
• Discussion of the research findings, removing scientific citations.
• Conclusions.

• If there are more than two names of the research researchers accepted for publication in English, add 200 Egyptian pounds to the total publishing expenses whether researchers from the Faculty of Physical Education for girls on the island or any other college of Egyptian universities.
• If there are more than two names of researchers coming to the research acceptable for publication in Arabic or English, add the amount of $ 25 or equivalent in Egyptian pounds to the total publishing expenses for research.
• If the names of the researchers represent more than one Egyptian university specialized in the research accepted for publication, the amount of LE 100 is deducted from the total publishing expenses for research.
• The researcher may, according to his desire, print a complete copy of the journal which contains his personal research acceptable for publication, after submitting a request to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the journal, and submit the number of the journal and paper as a requirement for the promotion of the decision of the Promotion Committee for the posts of professors and assistant professors. Financial expenses for printing without any legal, administrative, or scientific responsibility for the board of directors of the journal.
