Abstract

: scientific views known to each athlete have special expertise for days in his career, whether in the positive or negative direction . And it attributes this to fatigue and stress, and to comfort and environmental variables, but the bio-rhythm going on a theory so far may be the most accurate . This is referred to previous scientific efforts that optimal levels of achievement or positive effect of physical  loads and the ability to carry around and has been made in the integration of the high level of physical curve of track conditions . Which summarize the field in the study when and how it can achieve by Pearson and groups and have the best effort by benefiting from the height of his mental competency And achieve emotional and psychological satisfaction and most  health and fitness In order to take advantage of the bio-rhythm and patterns during the planning of the training loads must be identified on the curve track to this rhythm Where it has a direct effect on the pearson received and accommodated for this training by increase loads, allowing the training process bette
