Abstract

Effect of core training exercises on some physical and technical skill abilities in young soccer players
Conclusion: The importance of training for strong and stable core cannot be ignored. Core training that focuses on increasing the rate of strength and force development is essential, thus the core exercises that are functional and specific to young soccer players are important demands for improving performance in physical fitness and skills in soccer. In addition, the recommended measures of core area can be employed in any sport such soccer or exercise setting with minimum equipment, enabling soccer sport instructors and coaches to evaluate muscular strength and to determine optimal dosage of basic exertions such as sit-ups and back exercises
