Abstract

The researcher conducted this study with the purpose of development of a training program using oriented ballistic exercises according to the kinematic characteristics of the reverse body lift skill, with the aim to identify the impact of the training program on some physical, physiological variables under discussion and skill performance among the individuals of the experimental group. The researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design with pre and post measurements on two groups (control and experimental). The research sample was chosen intentionally form the players of Menofia area team (junior) under  17 -year consisting of 18 wrestlers. The proposed training Program had positive impact on the development of some physical variables (Strength characterized by speed, Strength of the legs muscles, Strength of the back muscles. Agility, kinetic speed, Horizontal flexibility, Kinetic compatibility) some physiological variables (Pulse, Anaerobic maximum capacity, Forced expiratory volume 1 sec (FEV1)) skill performance level among the individuals of the experimental group.
