Abstract

Foreign direct investment is crucial for economic, social, environmental, and political development as it increases profits and adds to an institution's assets. This study aims to identify legal requirements for foreign direct investment in the sports tourism sector in Egypt. A random sample of 150 officials, officials, and sports tourism stakeholders was selected using descriptive and analytical methods. The research community included members of the General Department of Sports Tourism, Central Department of Affairs, Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Tourism. The study also included faculty members from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels and two colleges of physical education.
