Abstract

This research aims to improve the effect of functional training and intermittent fasting on body components for women, by identifying each of the following: BMI (Body mass Index)-muscle mass-fat percentage-basal representation rate-fat-free mass.The researcher used on of the experimental methods due to it’s suitability to the nature of this research . The researcher used one of the experimental designs which is the experimental design for one group by following the pre- and the post measurements of it. The research community included women who frequent the health club in Maadi whose ages ranged between 20 to 30 years and the sample is 15 women then we divided them to 10 to apply the functional training program and the intermediate fasting program and five women for the survey group .
And the most important results was as followed the training program and the nutrition plan has a positive impact on body components for women (Research sample), The researcher recommended the need to use practicing functional exercises and following the intermittent fasting system because of their positive effects on the general health of individuals.
