Abstract

The study aim to the effect of nutrition and exersices on the appearance of PCOS in women aged 25-45 years in Kasr Al-Ainy Hospital and its relationship to reproductive health.
Methodology Anthropometric measurements and physiological made on all women and healthy and nutritional behavior assessment questionnaire was conducted on women with polycystic ovary syndrome at the age of 25-45 years, both married and unmarried.
Results and Conclusion there is a relationship between food, PCOS and marriage, the incidence of PCOS was 80% for marriage, and the percentage of unmarried women who suffer from obesity was 20%. all women with PCOS showed that the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) in blood samples of wamen averaged very high (LH  FSH). The results also showed a decrease in practicing sports activities was by 88%, as well as a decrease in have of sports tools was by 4%. Showed results Among the factors that increase the polycystic ovary syndrome are obesity unhealthy habits from high-calorie foods, excess fat, sweetened with sugar, and soft drinks. Wrong eating behavior is one of the causes of PCOS.
Women with PCOS should participate in sports activities and healthy eating.
