There have been many different training methods in recent times, including the Tabata exercises, which have been used and applied by sports experts in various sports activities because of their positive effects on physical abilities, especially increasing muscle tissue, developing muscle strength and endurance, and burning fat, and endurance is one of the most important elements For many sports and track competitions, whether for long-distance competitions or walking competition, which depends on the amount of energy generated by how ATP is consumed, for aerobic or anaerobic energy consumption systems in the body, and the appropriate energy system for sports activity is developed through physical load, and the research aims to Designing and codifying Tabata exercises during the period of special preparation for walking juniors under (18) years and identifying their impact on the endurance variables and the score level among the girls of the walking competition. One of the women of the under-18 walking competition in Al-Ahly Club and registered with the Egyptian Federation The number of (15) juniors in athletics for the 2020/2021 season were divided as follows (10) juniors to conduct the basic experiment, and (5) juniors from the research community and from outside the basic research sample to conduct the survey experiment, and in light of the objectives of the research and within the limits of the sample of the research and its procedures were The most important results of the research are that Tabata exercises had a positive impact on the development of (endurance) and the score level of the female walkers. The researcher recommends using Tabata exercises in the training units in the special preparation part to develop endurance in the walking race.
