Dr: Shady Mohamad Alhenawy

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of agility ladder drills on some physical variables and the level of technical performance of some dismounts on high bar apparatus in gymnastics, and the experimental approach was used using the experimental design for the pre-post measurement of one group to suit the nature of the research, the research sample was chosen Intentionally from the gymnastics team at the Qassim University, and the basic research sample included (10) players, while the exploratory study consisted of (2) players with the aim of selecting the appropriate agility ladder drills and codifying their training loads, and the most important results were that the agility ladder drills used during the skill setting on high bar apparatus has a positive impact on the physical variables and the level of technical performance of the skills under discussion, as the improvement rate for the bass test of dynamic balance (34.8%), and the improvement rate in the stork stand test for static balance (29.2%), and the improvement rate in the agility test (27.6%), while the improvement in the level of technical performance of Back Somersault Tucked, (26.4%), reached The improvement rate for Back Somersault Piked (23.8%), Back Somersault Stretched (19.3%), and the researcher recommends the use of agility ladder drills to improve and develop the technical performance level of dismounts on high bar apparatus in gymnastics
