The reality of Organizational structure of the Ministry of Youth and Sports

Abstract

The researcher concludes that the main goal of the organizational structure is to bring about structural changes to get rid of administrative restrictions by using advanced methods by reconsidering the concept of public office and giving priority to service logic over the logic of power and sovereignty by delegating sufficient powers to each administrative level in proportion to the nature of the activities it exercises and the size of responsibilities and dedicating the principle of accountability Based on the results achieved.
The researcher used the descriptive method for the survey, analytical and critical studies and the case study for his suitability of the research topic, and the basic research sample and community were identified by the managers and specialists with their different degrees
(Third - Second - First - Senior Researcher - Department Managers) from the concerned central departments and establishments of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and most in contact with the preparation and implementation of sports and investment projects (Central Administration for Sports Investments, Central Administration for Control and Standards, Central Administration for Sports Development Programs, Central Administration for Financial Affairs The General Administration of Sports Talent Programs, Sports facilities affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, directors of gyms, directors of swimming pools, directors of open stadiums, directors of sports stadiums) who are 490 individuals
