Effectiveness of trainings using some modern tools to improve some physiological variables in swimming

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of exercises by using some modern tools to improve some physiological variables of female students in swimming, where the researcher noticed the inability to regulate breathing and the speed of the appearance of fatigue and movement out in a disorganized and disorganized form and the lack of performance which negatively affects the level of skill performance, So the researcher used the experimental method with pre and post measurement for two groups, one experimental and the other one control, this is because it is appropriate to the nature of the research and to achieve its goals and hypotheses, The research community included students of the fourth year registered in the academic year 2018/2019. The sample of the research was chosen by the intentional method of the research communitythe number reached (17) female students (swimming major).The researcher teaches them,(5) students (college team) were excluded for conducting the survey studyand (12) students were randomly divided into two groups (experimental and control) after conducting homogeneity and parity, and the exercises took (10) weeks, (3) units per week, and the daily unit time (90) minutes The results revealed that the exercises using modern tools have a positive effect on improving the physiological variables under consideration and thus developing and improving the level of skill performance. The researcher recommends the necessity of using the modern auxiliary tools in the training or educational process
