Abstract

The researchers conducted a study entitled "The effect of using a rehabilitation program on increasing the strength of his muscles in 1999" and used the presentation method, using one example and its interface, and one appeared from the previous group, where a sample was selected from a sample of the research sample by the casual method of the women with the position The first and the race of the neck, who attended the medical unit in Fayoum, at the rate of the neck: 45 years old, and one of the most important results of the research:
1. Harvesting the chance of invasive disease.
2. Muscular strengthening.
3. The use of (P.N.F) exercises within the physical program had a faster effect in reducing pain among the research sample.
4. The use of exercises (P.N.F) within the physical program, had the effect of increasing the muscular strength of the neck.
